New bill would allow uncontrollable seizure patients access to medical marijuana

WOAI News 4 - SAN ANTONIO - Sixty-five million people are living with epilepsy worldwide. 

A new bill that would allow patients who suffer from uncontrollable seizures to use a form of medical marijuana is going through the government channels.
